3. Craft a plan, together with you, aimed at meeting your goals, needs and circumstances.

4. Schedule home cleaners and window washers, unless, you have your own.
5. Schedule our “photographer extraordinaire” to do narrated video of your home. If it is advantageous to telling your home’s story, we include aerial photography as well. Now included with all photo shoots:  360 degree 3D Tour … next best thing to viewing in person.
6. Prepare professionally designed marketing materials and begin executing our 7 Day Blitz.
7. We prepare a professional web page with your address as the unique url. We promote your home and this site via sign rider and throughout all our print and social media advertising.
8. Tell your home’s story on the MLS, reaching every active real estate agent in San Diego County, and 1000’s of real estate portals around the world, including 19 of the largest international MLS portals.
9. Actively solicit buyers’ and agents’ feedback.
10. Come on the market fast and furious by blitzing your home across a multitude of platforms, including hosting an open house both on Saturday and Sunday the first weekend your home comes on the market. We typically have 50 – 100 groups come through over the course of the two days.
11. Assess offers and work to negotiate best price and terms for you.
12. Employ our trusted affiliates to help us walk you and the other parties through escrow.

Consistent, timely communication. We work to make every transaction as hassle free as we can. That said, we can’t promises there won’t be some stress or hurdles along the way. What we can do is promise to keep you updated and always tell you the truth.

Setting proper expectations. We’ve found that stress and disappointment come when our reality doesn’t measure up to our expectations. We work hard to establish proper expectations, then we seek to exceed.

Professionalism and Empathy. We think of these characteristics as two sides of the same coin. On the one side, we want to continually grow as experts in real estate, marketing, and negotiating – you should expect us to be excellent at what we do.
